Current FDA-Approved GLP-1s
The FDA has approved several GLP-1 receptor agonists:
- Semaglutide (Ozempic, Wegovy, Rybelsus)
- Tirzepatide (Mounjaro, Zepbound)
- Liraglutide (Victoza, Saxenda)

Compounding Situation
The FDA maintains a drug shortage list. When a drug is on this list, 503A and 503B pharmacies may compound alternatives.
Important: Only use compounded medications from licensed pharmacies!
