- “FDA approved” (when referring to compounded products)

- “Cheap GLP-1 shots” as your main selling point
Safe Messaging:
- “Medically supported weight loss transformation program”
- “Medication options determined by provider based on clinical needs”
- “Complete support system with coaching and accountability”
- Focus on the PROGRAM, not the medication
What This Means Going Forward
- Compounding is still legal when there’s a documented patient-specific need
- State rules vary - some states have stricter requirements
- Supply chain matters - work with licensed 503A/503B pharmacies only
- Focus on value - the real differentiator is coaching, support, and patient outcomes, not just medication access
